We welcome you to explore the idea of Journeying On with us. We are passionate about building community, providing a safe space for anyone with a social anxiety disorder, autistic spectrum condition, social phobia, or another condition that makes social interaction more of a challenge.
Journey On is a network that centres around three forms of gathering and celebration. The first is a series of away days and time outs, which are largely a mixture of walks in wilderness areas nearby and time round different members’ houses over food.
The second is an annual retreat that takes place in a wilderness location usually in Wales, where days are structured around exploring the outdoor, living together in community (with shared chores), and spirituality sessions every morning and evening.
The third is looser – as part of our shared membership, we look to supporting each other, through accompanying members to difficult situations – including court cases, presentations and interviews amongst other things, and celebrate with each other too – at birthdays and major life events.
