What’s Happening?

You’re welcome to join us at any of our gatherings. Please let us know if you’re thinking of joining us so we can keep you updated with details.

Our online Skype group meets for prayer and Bible reflection at 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm British time on Sundays (7:30 pm and 9:30 pm Swedish time). Email Andreas (andreas@journeyon.nu) to be connected.

We have fellowship meals about once a month on a Tuesday evening, which tend to happen with little notice and on an adhoc basis and based on needs arising. If you’d like to join us for our next meal, let Libby know your preferred mode of contact and details, and we’ll let you know when the next one is arranged. (Many of our members also attend a separate autistic support group twice a month on a Tuesday. If you want to know more about this, see www.autangel.org.uk).

We’re taking bookings for our annual residential wilderness retreat in October 2019. We will be sharing stories, walking, star gazing, eating and experiencing life together, and the theme is ‘restoring rewilding’. We’re aware that we’ve let our monthly walks out and wilderness days slip a little, and we will be chatting over the weekend how we go forward and whether we want to restructure, refocus or expand.

If you’d like to attend or to get involved in planning the future of the group, get in touch and we’ll send you more details. The retreat is £100 for 3-nights’ accomodation, food and entertainment, and a lift from Reading or somewhere en-route.
