Retreat: October 2019

This year’s retreat is looking to be our best yet! We will be going to Llandeilo in October – a small town on the west side of the Brecon Beacons. We’re staying in a rather special farmhouse owned by the National Trust, with sloping ceilings, log burners and sofas so comfy that you can sleep on them!
Llandeilo itself is pretty special – with two castles on its doorstep (Carreg Cennen and Dinefwr), a mansion (that was built in the 1600s and has direct links to the Rebecca Riots, a murder mystery in the 20th Century and rumours of spooky goings-on), and some pretty fantastic ‘dark sky’, there’s a lot to soak up.
As usual, we’ll also be having our spirituality sessions each morning and evening, involving prayer, mindfulness and meditation, and some awesome food cooked up by one of our members.
We still have one space left – £100 will get you all this, plus a shared room and transport from either Bath or Reading. Email libby@journeyon.nu if you’re interested in going. Once it’s gone, it’s gone!
